Soaking Teas
Bath Tea - (Soaking) If you're looking for some mild aromatherapy and some goodness for your skin and body try out some bath tea. I find that I am too sensitive to most commercial scents.....I like just a hint of mint or lavender - enough to get a slight vapor without being over powered. So, I make my own. The Tea bags are like a double size regular bag. They can be used several times, depending on how long you like to soak
. I add kosher salt and oatmeal to all of my teas....good for the skin and joints. At the end of my bath I rub the tea on my skin to get the extra goodness of the oatmeal.
