Soaking Teas

Bath Tea - (Soaking) If you're looking for some mild aromatherapy and some goodness for your skin and body try out some bath tea.  I find that I am too sensitive to most commercial scents.....I like just a hint of mint or lavender - enough to get a slight vapor without being over powered.  So, I make my own.  The Tea bags are like a double size regular bag.  They can be used several times, depending on how long you like to soak.  I add kosher salt and oatmeal to all of my teas....good for the skin and joints.    At the end of my bath I rub the tea on my skin to get the extra goodness of the oatmeal.

Stimulate - Mint, Lavender, Kosher salt and oatmeal.  Place the bag on your cheeks to eek out the extra goodness of mint and oatmeal for your skin.

Aches - Strawberry leaves, oregano, sage, kosher salt and oatmeal.

Footsie Tootsies - Lavender, Mustard seed, kosher salt & oatmeal.  Great soak for your achey feet.

Soothing - Catnip, chamomile, rose, violet, oatmeal and kosher salt.  Soothing smell & great for sore muscles & mind

Astringent - Nasturtium, rose, rosemary, yarrow, strawberry leaves, bay.  Great for your skin - especially your face!

Smell Well - lavender, rose, rosemary, oatmeal & kosher salt. Lightly fragrant and smoothing for your skin
