Most of the foods we eat because we like the taste.  However, every single food has 'properties' that can greatly aid (as well as harm) our bodies. 

This section is just a cursory list of foods & herbs that we grow & how they might be used or what they are made of.

I am not a herbalist, doctor, nurse, shaman or anything offcial.  I have synthesized information from various sources:  Rodales Herb Encylopedia, Monterey Spice Company,  Cornell University's herb book and various other source I've come across in the years.
