Drinking Teas

Steep at least 3-5 minutes. The more you steep the more the flavor.

I try to bag the teas with as much of the leaves intact - this helps keep the essential oils in the leaf until brew time.  Before dunking your bag of tea in boiling water, crush the leaves a little - this will release the oils & parfum.

Peppermint Tea - peppermint & a pinch of green tea to give it some body

Moraccan Mint Tea - Kentucky Colonel Mint & green tea

Lavender Mint Tea - Kentucky Colonel Mint & Provincial Lavender

Appleberry Tea - Apple, strawberry leaves, German chamomile & nasturtiums to spice it up a bit

Lemonberry Booster Tea - Lemon, raspberry, chamomile, lemonbalm, black tea

Ginger - Simply put - ginger (with a pinch of orange peel).  I use fresh ginger, so the tea bags should remain in the sealed bag they come in and kept in the fridge.  When you start to boil your water, take the tea bag out of the fridge.

C Tea - this tea is designed to give you a vitamin C boost.  Rosehip, echinacea & elderberry

Cold & Flu Brew - peppermint, elder, rose hips, ginger, thyme, yarrow & echinacea

Chamomint - chamomile & peppermint

New Knee - Feverfew, ginger, & dandelion.  named in ode to my arthritic knees...

Immune Booster - Echinacea, skullcap & mint

Mo 4 Mo - spearmint, cardamon, skullcap - a stimulating herbal tea
