Jammin with the kiddosKilling Frost 2009Grinnin Meadows is located about 6 miles up the Squilchuck Canyon.  Our higher elevation (2300') provides a complementary growing season to the Wenatchee Valley. Our season is a bit shorter, but it allows us to provide cool season crops longer and supplement the season to most other local providers.  On our 80 acres we have about 30 acres of forested area that allows for seasonal forest products, berries and flowers.                                                        The other Freshies we love!

First Harvest 2009We grow a variety of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit. We methodically use companion planting.  Companion planting is growing different plants side by side in order to encourage growth & deter pests.  Companion planting also aides in ensuring that each vegetable, herb and fruit grows with the most flavor and vigor.

Crops are grown using both conventional & non-fossil fuel using machinery: fly wheel, hands, and kids. We use mostly heirloom varieties & use organic seed, fertilizer and pest management techniques.

We send out a weekly emailing on available produce and sundries. You can also call or email single orders for pick up or delivery. Go to the 'ordering' link to sign up or place an order.
